KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contract reviews (NDA's Affidavits)
- Preparation and review of demand letters / business correspondence
- Attend Court Hearings
- Assist Legal manager in the preparation of pleadings and other legal documents
- Conduct Legal Research
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree preferably related to Legal Management
- Bar Exam Passer is an advantage
- With atleast 1 year of work experience in Law firm or Legal Department
- Good command of the English language, both oral and written
- Basic knowledge on contracts
- Proficient in MS Applications
