SUMMARY

The successful candidates will be responsible for handling the various facets of accounting from Accounts Payables/disbursements, taxes/government remittances to coordination of corporate/ business legal matters. And from Accounts Receivables including reconciliation of accounts, billing, aging accounts and monthly analysis.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of BS Accountancy;
• Must have at least 2-4 years work experience in accounting – either with focus on Accounts Payables or Accounts Receivables;
• Knowledgeable in SAP;
• Proficient in handling B2B tax system and processing of legal requirements for business permit/license renewals
• Proven efficiency in handling billings and reconciliations
• Proficient in computer accounting system and software applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook);
• Strong analytical skills, detail and process oriented;
• Good communication skills both oral and written;
• Required Competencies:  focus on results; high attention to detail;   customer relations skills; highly committed and hardworking.
